•  What shipping methods do you use and where do you ship to?

We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS). Unfortunately, shipping is limited to within the United States.


•  How quickly are items shipped?

Most items in stock are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of when we receive the order. If there will be a delay due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you immediately. Items which are back ordered may take up to 2 weeks to be shipped.


•  If I receive the wrong product, can I return it?

Absolutely! As long as you don't open it, and it is not damaged or contaminated, we will gladly take it back! But please call us in advance of returning the item at (858) 736-7929.


•  How can I pay for my products?

You can pay by credit card, debit card or PayPal (all are processed by PayPal). At the check out screen you will be directed to the PayPal site which will then give you 2 options: Either pay using your PayPal account, or pay using your credit or debit card.
